How it works
For borrowers
15%Borrowers pay the lender's listed price plus a 15% service fee, minimum €2.50 per booking. This pays for payment processing, the Nearby Guarantee, customer support, and platform operations. The total is shown before you confirm your booking.
Some higher-value categories such as cameras and drones have a 25% service fee.
For lenders
85%Lenders keep 85% of their listed price. There are no listing fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no upfront costs. You set your price, we handle payments and the Nearby Guarantee. Your earnings reach your Stripe account when the borrower pays, and Stripe pays them to your bank on your payout schedule.

Weekly discount
Lenders can choose to offer a weekly discount on bookings of 7 days or more, and set how much it is. If a listing has one, you'll see it on the listing and it's applied automatically at checkout: each full week is charged at the weekly rate, and any extra days at the daily price.
