What if something goes wrong?
Damaged or stolen
Every rental includes the Nearby Guarantee: a goodwill payment to the lender of up to €2,000, at Nearby's discretion.
The Nearby GuaranteePlans change
Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. If the lender cancels, you always get one.
Cancellation policyRunning late
Agree a new time in messages. Otherwise, after 2 hours' grace, the lender can ask for a day's rental per day late.

Every borrower verifies their ID with Stripe Identity before their first booking. Verified members show a badge.
